Shannon has over 20 years of experience within the medical field. She began her career on the clinical side, working in different areas of pediatrics and occupational health. She has worked in medical billing since 2003. Her experience includes many specialties – pain management, infectious disease, pulmonology, neurology, and dermatology to name a few. Her practical knowledge of billing provides our staff and our clients tools needed to optimize all facets of billing—from coding to denials to payer policies.
